We believe that providing good customer service includes being open and clear about what you are going to pay for our services. That is why you will never be surprised when you get our invoice. We do not, and will not, charge surcharges for fuel and certainly not for the disposal of shredded paper, media and hard drives like some of our competitors. We quote you up front based on a container count, box count or weight that you sign off on at the completion of our work. That is the only charge you will find on our invoice when you receive it.
